On November 27, Wondr invites you to a free business day in Norrköping, focusing on profitability and efficiency. This is a workshop for you who are a gym or studio owner and want to develop your business - or for you who are thinking of starting your own.
During the day, participants will get concrete tools and inspiration on how to increase margins, build a unique business model and package the training in a way that strengthens both customer value and profitability. The industry is changing rapidly - competition is intensifying and price pressure is increasing, making it increasingly important to rethink the business model.
"Many gym owners today are struggling with small margins and an increasingly tough market situation. This day is about finding the strategies that make your business profitable in the long term and difficult to copy", says lecturer Pelle Sundström.
